Mr. K. Srinarayanan is the Chief promoter of the project with more than 3 decades of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He has set up over 8 similar plants for various companies and has also been a part of them. He is currently a Promoter and Shareholder of Andhra Medi Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. in Vijayawada, India, as well as the Technical and Marketing Director. His vast international work covers 37 countries across the world, marketing and developing new business partners. In 2019, he won the Best Export Award from the Government of India.

With over two decades of experience in procurement and project management, managing the instalment of new Heparin plants in Brazil, Poland and Nebraska on behalf of Bioiberica S.A. In 2010, she was posted in Gujarat, India to explore the feasibility to install an API Plant in India. In 2011, she launched the new project, Agora Professional, currently Agora Alliance SL. Her vast international work experience also includes USA & Ireland. Iratxe visits India regularly for auditing Indian Pharma & API Plant for sourcing and managing business development in EU and Latin America.

Qualified MBA in Marketing & Finance, with over two decades of professional experience spanning across investment banking & enterprise project management before taking the role of business development of the EU market at Agora Professional. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Kotak Securities Ltd. & SBI Mutual Funds, both are leading Indian financial conglomerate and Business Development & Project Management EU at Synoverge, an IT consulting company focusing on providing Enterprise Solutions. Currently is responsible for Sales & Operations, EU at Agora Alliance SL. Certified Salesforce Administrator and specialist in business process automation.

Mr. Suman Chanamolu is a strong Quality professional with a demonstrated history in the pharmaceuticals industry. He has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. Skilled in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Quality Auditing, Quality System Development and Improvement, Commissioning and Qualification of Greenfield Pharmaceutical Projects. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as overseeing the Quality function of the organization. Prior to joining Biofern Life Sciences, he served at various global pharmaceutical organizations like Mylan, Dr Reddys, Cipla, Biocon and Medreich (Meiji Group) etc. He holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University.
